In light of the recent events of wildfire spreading  throughout California and the devastation that has befallen residences, wildlife, and greenery, we at Sandra Henry have pledged to give 50% of all sales from our latest piece, ‘Perennial Hearts’

The funds will go to; the California Fire Foundation's Wildfire & Disaster Relief Fund, Providing emergency relief, rebuilding communities, supporting firefighters, and advocating for fire prevention. 

Helping our neighbor is a motto we keep near our hearts, and so the restoration of lives and the environment in any way possible sits as a priority.

Returns and/or payment reversals are accepted provided the ordered item(s) has not been shipped out. Email us promptly at support@sandrahenry.com to cancel your order. We will be sure to get back to you with your order status and/or return. If item has already been shipped out the purchase is final and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges are acceptable up to 14 days after purchase. Exchanges are accepted provided the purchased piece(s) are returned in its original packaging, and the purchased piece(s) show no sign of wear or damage. Defective Items
Defective items are subject to exchanges provided the piece(s) shows no signs of wear and/or damage, and are returned within 14 days of purchase. We require that you first reach out to us at (support@sandrahenry.com) and provide a detailed explanation of said purchased item(s) and defect(s), along with clear images of the piece(s) and the piece(s) defect. We also require you send proof of purchase in the way of purchase order number. If guidelines are met, you will be subject to an exchange of purchased piece(s) or piece(s) of equal value. Failure to follow guidelines will result in denial of exchange.

We are not liable for any lost/stolen items upon purchase and shipping. If purchased item(s) has been lost and/or stolen and appears as fulfilled via tracking information despite not physically receiving your order, please reach out to your shipment currier to file a claim.
